| •Typically artwork will be delivered within 5-10 business days after payment and sketch approval. |
| •Larger group pieces or detailed backgrounds may take more time |

| •50% payment upon approval of the sketch and 50% upon approval of the final artwork |
| •No refunds after final artwork is delivered |

| 🔄 Revisions |
|---|
| •You are entitled to 3 rounds of revisions during the ordering process — these are included in the base price. |
| •If you request changes after the final artwork has been delivered or after the 3 included rounds have been used, an additional fee will apply. This does not apply if the change is due to a misunderstanding or error on my part. |
| •If you approve the final artwork and later request changes to that approved section, I may charge a fee depending on the complexity of the revision. |
| •This fee is usually calculated based on the hourly rate and the amount of rework required. |
| •To avoid additional costs, please review each step carefully before approving. |
